Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL-A Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up equipment while also supporting dealership operations, including assisting in our shop and equipment setup area. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working around heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload tractors, mowers, construction equipment, and implements
- Deliver equipment to customers and provide basic operational overviews upon delivery
- Pick up equipment for service, repair, or trade-in
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers
- Maintain delivery logs and required DOT documentation
- Assist in organizing and maintaining dealership inventory and equipment staging areas
- Support the shop and setup team with equipment assembly, setup, washing, and preparation
- Move equipment safely around the lot and facility
- Ensure equipment is clean, presentable, and delivery-ready
- Follow all DOT and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (Required)
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
- Experience hauling heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to operate tractors, skid steers, mowers, and other equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Work Schedule
- Primarily Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons or as business demands
- Occasional overtime during busy periods
